From initial design ideas through to a unique piece of jewellery our team is here to assist you. Book a design appointment with us to begin the journey from concept to bespoke piece.
Before your visit…
Before your design appointment with one of our experienced members of staff it may be helpful to consider things such as: what type of metal is preferred, what is the lifestyle of the wearer, is there a specific scale or colour palette, what is the ring size? Some of our clients bring along pictures or sketches, which is always helpful.
During your visit…
During your design appointment we will discuss your ideas, show you relevant examples from our beautiful collection of jewellery and sketch out different designs. You will receive a no obligation quotation for the cost of creating your bespoke piece with an approximate timeline.
The process…
The process of making your bespoke piece of jewellery begins with our team sourcing materials from our trusted suppliers. If your piece contains a specific colour or unusually cut gemstones we may bring a few options into the Studio for you to view before beginning the making process.
Depending on the type of commission we are working on, we may ask you to visit the Studio at different stages through the make; for example if we are creating a full eternity ring we may ask you to try the ring for size before the stones are set.
Collecting your finished piece…
After one final polish your bespoke piece of jewellery is completed and ready for collection. A member of our team will contact you to let you know; your piece will be kept safely and securely until you are ready to collect it. We are happy to book an appointment for you to come and collect your piece of handmade jewellery but this is not necessary.
To guarantee the longevity of your jewellery, please periodically bring it into the Studio to be checked over by a member of our team. This service will always include a complimentary polish.
